Illustrator + animator

I have a project for my company where we are looking to develop a pilot video using whiteboard illustration. The video is estimated to be 4-5 mins and we are aiming to get the project done towards the end of Feb/ early March if possible. Reference style would be as follows:

I can share the draft script and the conceptual storyboard for the illustration and animation. As this is all still relatively new to me, I would appreciate feedback and constant communication with my illustrator and animator to understand the entire production process. My budget is RM7-8k for both illustrator and animator.
